Screed Kits are designed for installation where a new floor slab is being poured, making them ideal for new builds and home extensions. In this system, underfloor heating pipes are secured onto foil-backed insulation boards and then embedded in screed for optimal performance. Screed Kits are not suitable for retrofitting or use over joisted floors—for these applications, explore our Overlay and Joist Kit options instead.
