Flexheat 100W Electric Underfloor Heating Mat Kit

Flexheat 100W Underfloor Heating Mats are designed to gently warm tiled floors, making them ideal for bathrooms, en suites and other rooms where you want to take the chill off cold tiles. They are best suited as a secondary heat source rather than the primary heating system for the room.

The mats can be installed beneath tiles and natural stone. They may also be suitable for other floor finishes when fully embedded within a compatible latex or self-levelling compound.

Quick and Simple Installation

The ultra-thin 3.5mm heating cable is attached to a self-adhesive mesh, helping to keep the mat securely positioned as it is unrolled. This provides a quick, straightforward installation while keeping any increase in floor height to a minimum.

The mesh can be cut and turned to fit around fixtures and obstacles without cutting the heating cable. The cable can also be carefully removed from the mesh and laid freehand in smaller or irregular areas. For particularly complex room layouts, a loose cable heating system may be more suitable.

Available in a Range of Sizes

Each Flexheat heating mat measures 500mm wide and delivers an output of 100W/m². Mats are available in various lengths to suit different floor areas.

The largest single continuous mat is 10m². Kits covering more than 10m² are supplied as two separate mats, which must be connected to the same thermostat by a qualified electrician, subject to the thermostat’s maximum load.
