Designed to be a primary heat source, 160w/m² underfloor heating mats are ideal for use in most well-insulated areas of your home or business, such as living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. 160W heating mats are ideal for use under tiles or natural stone but can also be used with other floor finishes when embedded in a latex or self-levelling compound.

Using a thin mat and cable makes for easy installation and offers a quick and affordable heating solution. The sticky mat design allows you to position and secure the mat as you unroll it. The mats can be manipulated around objects, and the cable can be pulled off the mesh to lay it free-hand in awkward areas. For particularly complex layouts, our loose cable kits may be a better option.

Flexheat underfloor heating mats measure 0.5m in width and are available in a variety of lengths at 160W/m² to suit your needs. The longest continuous mat available is 10m²; however, multiple mats can be used to cover larger areas, which may require assistance from a qualified electrician.

Ceramic, Porcelain, and natural stone floors provide optimal heat transmission.

When used with a self-levelling compound, the following floor finishes are also compatible:
