The Adept Wireless Programmable Thermostat is a 7-day programmable unit using the 868MHz 'Ramses 2' RF protocol, making it compatible with existing Honeywell CM Series Wireless Thermostats.

It is functionally similar to Honeywell Home’s T3 Series Thermostat, with a nearly identical user interface (excluding the +1hr function and heating flame icon). A major benefit is that the Adept Thermostat can bind directly to an existing Honeywell BDR91 Wireless Relay Box—unlike the T3 Series—allowing for simple upgrades without the need for professional installation.

Note: If you have an older rectangular wireless relay box (e.g., HC60NG or R6660D), we recommend upgrading to a BDR91. These early models may not be fully compatible due to known technology limitations. This is not a fault with the thermostat. See Resideo’s August 2021 support notice for more information.
