Thermopanel Tile Backer Boards - 800 x 600mm

Thermopanel Tile Backer Boards are specifically designed for two primary purposes:

• As a first-class heat insulation layer for underfloor heating systems
• As a superior waterproof construction board for fixing wall or floor tiles

The dimensions of each board are 800mm x 600mm (0.48m²).

Installation:

Concrete Base Floor:
Apply flexible tile adhesive using a floor trowel to fully cover the area. Lay the Thermopanel boards into the adhesive and press firmly. Seal all joints with Joint Tape.

Floorboards / Wood Base Floor:
Either use the adhesive method described above or screw the boards down using MSW36 steel washers and screws every 300mm. Seal the joints with Joint Tape.
